We have three brochures i) First & Second Brochure needs to be converted from a single PDF with two pages, with the wrong layout ( its square ) to a single 4-page A4 document with the pages in the right order. Content will need to be laid out to fit the A4 Document, and suitable to print directly from a PDF to a standard A4 printer. ii) Third Brochure needs to be converted size/shape, from a 'square' format to an A4 format, again so it prints out correctly a standard A4 printer. i) You can assume that that what is attached is the only copy/material available. ii) There is one minor copy change to one set of words which will be provided. iii) If you can re-use the existing images, then great. But, if you cant, then you need to identify suitable alternatives from a stock source that reflect and duplicate the current look and feel. These will be paid for separately. ( services like [login to view URL] are ideal ). iv) Two Brochures have a 'line drawing graphic'. If these can be re-used ( cut and paste ) at sufficient quality then ideal. If you need to recreate this item, then please include that in your quote. v) Fonts/Colours vi) Delivery will be agreed/occur when all PDFs, Illustrator, Images and documents have been provided back to us.
