Create GPT Site

Hi Freelancers,

I need a PTC/GPT site created!

This site will be different from other GPT/PTC sites - let me explain what I am looking for.

The site need created will be for Members completing offers or visiting websites. I will NOT be using ad networks like other GPT sites does. Instead my site will be getting advertisers to promote their offers from their ad networks directly to the my site.

Advertiser Section:

"Example: John wants to advertise his offer from Peerfly so he can receive email submits. He set how many submits he needs. He pays me $XXXX amount to advertise. Every time a member on my site completes his offer he gets notified through my site. This may require some kind of postback from Peerfly to my site."

I will need the following ad networks added to the site successfully so that the Advertisers can choose which ad network they are with.

Adgate Media

SuperRewards

CPA Grip

Adsense Media

AdworkMedia

AdscendMedia

Supersonic Ads

Payment Wall

Advertisers will need to pay through Escrow (Armor Payments) which will need to be Fully Integrated. When advertiser is selecting how they want to advertise their offer or site they can select Clicks, Email Submits or Surveys. How many Clicks do they want or how many Submits do they want. The referral that will show up on their Analytics (Google, Yahoo, Bing or another URL).

Members:

This is the main function of the site, the Member completes offers or website visits for cash! I should be able to set how much a member is able to earn per offer completed or per website visited.

"Example: Advertiser John (from above) is advertising his offer from Peerfly, John is paying $1,000.00 dollars for 200 submits. I need to be able to set payout for my members that completes John's offer at $XXX amount. Before I approve his offer or website to go live."

This should be done in the admin section.

Once an offer is completed then that offer is removed from that member being able to complete it again. Instead it will show that he completed this offer and how much he earned from it in the member's area.

There needs to be an Admin section, Member Section and Advertiser Section.

I need Bot Blocker, Hack Blocker, VPN, VPS and Proxy Blocker.

Layout:

Layout of the site should be similar to Peerfly, but Orange, White and Black. I will contact with additional information that I will need in the site.
