Create a newsletter nameplate and matching headers and footers in Illustrator

I need a talented Adobe Illustrator expert to create vector graphics for a new company newsletter. Must create a colorful, eye catching nameplate for the newsletter (top of the front page) using specific corporate colors, a corporate logo that we'll provide and text of the name of the newsletter. We require 3 different nameplate designs to choose from, and you must provide free, unlimited revisions. Once we select a final design, then we would like you to create matching header and footer graphics that we'll run at the top and bottom of each page. Must provide original artwork and files upon completion. This is for a printed and PDF newsletter. Please note, you do not have to design the whole newsletter -- just the nameplate graphics and footer and header graphics. Also, when you reply, please provide samples of similar work you've done for newsletters magazines or other publications, and tell me how much experience you have using Adobe Illustrator. If the selected freelancer does a great job, there will likely be more future repeat assignments for nameplate design.
