Create a Web Design: customize a Joomla module from "VM Vendor" extension integrated with VirtueMart to get better look on frontend of Vendors list

I need to vizualize well the vendors list from Joomla extension "VM Vendor" integrated with VirtueMart. New Registered Vendors have to be added to this list automaticly. The list must includ profile photo, a few lines from his profile description and link to their profile pages. I don't have permition to give the admin access to backend but can create a test page with developer access and arrange FTP access to respective extenstion folder on the server.
