We’re looking for an amazing creative designer to take our visual assets to the next level and develop our brand image to inspire our audience. We’d love for you to come in to the office and work with us for 2 days a week, over the course of 4 weeks. Come and really get to know the team behind the children’s story books that are revolutionising language learning!

What you’ll be working on:
Providing beautifully-created visual assets for a variety of user acquisition areas, including social media (we run on all of them!), app stores, email, landing pages, and any other form of media.
Working alongside our marketing team (in-house, agency and freelancers) to conceptualise projects, create campaigns and execute deliverables.
Think creatively as to how best to reach and engage our audience, develop our creative brand style and create awe-inspiring creatives that drive people to engage with us.
Working with our existing assets, both illustration and photography, to bring our products to life in a manner that will truly wow our audience.
Liaising with our marketing team to develop new iterations of ads driven by performance data
Managing and commissioning our team of photographers to deliver you the best possible images to create the campaigns of your dreams
Creating content that makes our social media channels shine. This includes not only the creative assets, but also the ad copy to work alongside it, the blog content to back it up, activities to supply to our burgeoning community and anything else that adds value to our audience.
This job will be for you if…
You have at least 1 year of experience in a design role, where data driven insights played in a key role in developing creative – ideally working towards acquisition
And a stunning portfolio to back this up with clear examples to showcase your ambition, creativity and project diversity
You are a self-starter that can pick up multiple projects at once, organise your own workflow and deliver beautifully crafted visuals to a tight deadline.
Have a drive to understand our audience in depth, explore their world, and design with them in mind. You’re a great copywriter and can turn your writing style to suit both the brand and the audience.
Are an expert with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Premiere Pro (Experience with After Effects is an added bonus. Animation experience will blow our minds!)
You love working in a startup environment where you’re churning out content, delving into the performance, uncovering the insight and iterating on your designs. You’re also keen to muck in and help wherever another pair of hands is needed in the business.
You’re excited about working with a young (and very yellow) brand and putting your own creative flair into it.
