Custom Website Artwork

I am in the midst of building a web based statistics game and design has never been my strongest point. As a temporary measure I have been borrowing icons from google images to build the base layout. However, I am growing concerned by the fact that I cannot be sure of the legal owner and their copyright wishes and also by the fact that nothing looks "Uniform" I currently have a few images that I would like to be redesigned to fit in with a "cartoony" style layout so that the game is more pleasing on the eyes. Once a candidate is selected and a draft version of the images have been created a watermarked version of them in the right dimensions will need to be sent to me to test within the layout as no server access will be given to the graphic designer. With this in mind, a number of variations and redesigns may be required before a final copy is selected and the funds released. To release funds to the designer I will require both .psd and transparent background .png versions of the selected images. I will then retain copyright ownership of these files/images. I will not hold the copyright ownership of any discarded drafts. This could be the first of many projects for the right candidate as I would prefer to work closely with the same individual throughout the games development. Please see the attached image and refer the the notes below for what will be required in this project. All in all there will be 28 images that should all match a general cartoon-crime theme. I hope you can kind of understand the direction I am going in by looking at what I have so far but if you have any questions, please do ask; 1: Main Header Icons and Buttons These images are to be redesigned into a cartoon themed matching "set". They are in transparent background png format and are 25px wide x 25px high. (From left to Right) - Warning Icon to Inform That Email Must Be Validated - User Settings Menu Icon - User Logout Icon - Total Cash Icon - Total Gang Members Icon - Energy Icon 2: Main Navigation Buttons These images are also to be redesigned into a cartoon themed matching "set". They are in transparent background png format and are 25px wide x 25px high. (From left to Right) - Dashboard Icon - Messages Icon (will require an on and off version to indicate new messages) - Gang Member List Icon - Business Interests Icon - Vehicle Management Icon - Finances Icon - Log File Viewer Icon In Addition I will also need to add new (matching) icons to the same area for the following functions - Warehouse & Stock Management - Hospital Icon (For healing gang members) - Police Icon (For bailing gang members out of jail) - Alliances / Friendships Manger - Public Chat Room 3: Filter Buttons These images are also to be redesigned into a cartoon themed matching "set". They are in transparent background png format and are 120px wide x 120px high. (From left to Right) - Clear all Filters Button - Filter By Storage Containers Button - Filter By Chop Shops Button - Filter By Garages Button - Filter By Showrooms Button 4: Vehicle Option Buttons These images are also to be redesigned into a cartoon themed matching "set". They are in transparent background png format and are 85px wide x 85px high. (From left to Right) - Sell Car To Scrapyard for Half Full Value - Export Car at Dockyard for Cash Value - Legitimize Car (Respray, Plate Change & New Documents) - Move Car (Used to move vehicles between buildings) As I am getting a lot of generic copy and paste CV style responses I will also add that unless you quote "Don't take my house" in your bid then i will invoke this clause which states if I accept your bid then I will be entitled to take ownership of your home.
