dairy distributor full catalog

we are a med sized company, who carry and sell 100+ Dairy and Milk products to different customers. I want to list all the items in one full "products catalog" that represents the company name, the products we sell and the nature of the company in a professional way and an easy way. to be sent to our existing customers and to any other future customers. Milk sizes vary a lot; and for that, milk categories presentation must be so clear for customers to understand, to read and to decide by going through it. Most of our orders are done over the phone, when a customer is placing an order; it will be much easier for him/her to say the code of a product then mentioning the quantity of it. mistakes will be less and placing orders will be more accurate and faster. Catalog overall will be divided into categories. I want to add Items Codes for each product listed in this catalog, unit sizes must be used to define a product as well as the image. most of the products must have images (some will have 1 per category). I will be able to work on this catalog for 1 hour each day. it will be hard to give all the materials at once, work flow will be in portions as I have to distract the data and get all the images from our system to be able to put each item in its category.
