Good afternoon, This project sounds perfect for me. I suggest a MySQL database and PHP as the scripting language which most hosting services provide. The system will be accessible via any browsers you use. I can host the system on my server here in Cape Town until you are happy with the results and will then transfer it to your live server, perhaps GoDaddy or HostGator would be good choices. Full security via login, searches and contract generation will be coded as requested. Obviously I will need some detail from you regarding the fields you need (e.g. your example of customer name, address, city etc. etc.).
