Debug and improve my project

Hi, i have done a small website. there are two bugs. if you are a drupal expert and know how to fix them only then you can bid on this project. The bugs are 1. in the website '[login to view URL]' you can see 'Home' link in pages other than home page. should tell me how to remove that. 2. alignment is needed in the list in 'events' page. my requirements are 1. clear the two bugs. 2. add funtionality so that a user can log in and upload photos. 3. guide me how i can change the look of the pages by using css or php. 4. suggest how i can add graphical design. My budget is rs.600 only. if you finish the first two tasks i can release 50% and balance after the next two steps.
