I am hoping you can correct some really bad work from a prior freelancer person. I have what should be a simple 8-page printed booklet. 2--11x17 pages printed front and back in full color and folded in half and stapled.
I am attaching my original RFP outline and a low-res final mess of a brochure I was given by the other person. I have available all original graphics (pictures), which would require some photoshop removal of backgrounds so that all have "clear" backgrounds on the brochure. I have at least some of the graphics the prior contractor removed the backgrounds on, but you would need to judge their quality for use.
I will make all original graphics and final bad booklet available via dropbox (too large and this site will not let me upload them here).
I need really nice quality graphics, and a design that does not feel so crowded--and of course something the printer can actually use...
I am now 10 days late on the whole project. I am simply asking for a final product that looks much like my RFP and that meets pretty basic print standards. Below is a note from the printer:
Please note that all your uploaded files needs IMAGE bleed to EXTEND all the way to the edges.
Please make sure that the final dimensions with the bleed are 8.625 x 11.125 inches.
Also, make sure the image resolution is 300-350 dpi.
To assist you, we have templates that you can download and use. The template clearly shows the safe zone, trim zone, and bleed zone, for your convenience.
Further instructions are available on the template itself. If you choose to use our template, please be sure to DELETE the visible guides prior to saving and uploading the file to our website.
