Design a Wordpress Theme

Hi, I am looking for a web designer to design a new Wordpress theme for our website, WOW Voucher Codes. The theme should work well with a voucher plugin we use so that it integrates nicely. We have a design currently for the UK version of the site replace .in with .[login to view URL], however we wish to replace this as well with a fresh design. So we want a design that we can use on both. The theme colours should be blue and orange. The header should have a logo (which you design), search box fairly big and also a navigation bar (make sure all links are text and that the nav bar can be managed in Wordpress menus). Somewhere on the design there should be space for 'Featured' Stores where we can display maybe 4-6 logos of featured stores. The side bar should have space for the categories, these should have nice boxes around them, a widget for signing up to the newsletter (you can just design this we will integrate with our email provider) You can also change how each voucher/offer displays in the plugin settings along with the image for the 'get offer' 'get voucher' buttons so these can be designed to match the site design. The footer should have space for several links, our social icons (FB & Twitter) and some description text. And also have space for a small black and white logo of ours we will provide. The most important part is the design works with wordpress and our voucher plugin which posts vouchers and offers as 'posts' automatically. The website design should be responsive. As a well as a website design we also want a design creating for our email newsletters and icons and header images for our Facebook and Twitter pages. Let me know if you have any questions
