Develop Divine Destiny Group Peer to Peer Investment platform

We have finalised the software requirements. We need a developer that can develop a MySQL or MS SQL based dynamic peer to peer donation platform or website that registers potential investors and determines the matured value of investment. The system entails two different concepts for the peer to peer donation platforms and investment options. We are also finalising the software development plan, but once we have signed the NDA we can jointly finalise that. A Software Development Plan will be required from the prospective developers. A software development plan is a document that details the tasks and approach used for a particular software project. It should be time-sequenced and identify resources and task dependencies. This information should be maintained throughout the life of the project. Stakeholders must understand and agree with the approach outlined in the project plan. We want to have a test environment of at least two platforms by middle of December 2017 for testing and to implement come 31 December 2017 with at least once fully functional peer to peer donation platform.
