Edit E-Book (Graphic Designer)

Hi! I have a PDF already created, and I need help editing it.

The problem is, I don't have the Illustrator/design files to edit it, so I need somebody who can work around this.
Here's what I need done:
- Design new cover with a new title
- Put new title at the top of the pages (you'll see there's a little logo on the top of some of the pages)...I DO HAVE THIS DESIGN FILE
- Take out the current workout page and add a new one in (I have all the workouts and images...I just need you to design it similar to what it looks like)
- Add a few more recipes (I have images and instructions)
- Add a "guideline" on page 3
- Add page numbers
- Make sure all links work
