Fix PHP 7 and FasCgi and Cometchat on PHPFOX 4.6 build

Before bidding please note that the site is an Adult Gay Fetish Site (100% Legal), so only bid if working on it will not cause offense to you. The server is running Cent OS 7, with MariaDB and uses Virtualmin / Webmin as a control panel. Currently it is using Php 5.6, when switching to PHP 7 through Virtualmin - the site crashes with a 500 error. I would like this resolved. The cometchat module no longer displays 'whos online' and members are unable to communicate with one another, this is a priority fix. This is a live site with over 4K members, preferably you should have experience with Virtualmin, Cent OS 7 and PhpFox Version4. Please do remember the site is ADULT nature, so only bid if you are comfortable with that.
