Hi there, My name's Vartan and I'm a graphic designer based in Miami Beach, FL. Although I'm pretty active on other freelancing platforms, I'm just building up a presence here. I understand you need a modern and professional looking logo to represent your newly established business. I really appreciate the fact that you don't want buildings, it seems like every other real estate or property management company looks alike. And that's a shame, paying money to look like your neighbor... doesn't make sense, am I right? Branding is not about beautifully combining fonts and graphic elements, but the story behind them, is placing your name on the map way beyond your target audience, making it relevant, while it stands the test of time. With a simple, yet functional process I create professional, meaningful and relevant logos. As long as you don't need a generic/overused/oversold design, you can count on me. I'm being honest, you can get those for cheap somewhere else. I understand there's always a budget situations, but a decent job requires not only execution, but lots of research, which translates into time. Therefore, there has to be a minimum met in order to accomplish something worth branding. However, I'm willing to sacrifice a bit on the earnings side in favor of building this new profile.
