An Australian real estate agency requires a new website. The agency is a franchise setup with a main head office and with three branch offices. The site will provide information to potential customers about the services and products that they provide. The real estate agent operates in regional towns and the website needs to reflect this.
The minimum requirements for the website to be met are:
- Wordpress website for head office e.g. companyname.com.au.
- 3 x wordpress multisite subdomain subsites e.g. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]
- Each subsite can have the same template / design but content on each subsite will be unique.
- Each subsite will have approximately 8-15 pages.
- Each subsite must list sales and rental properties as listed on [url removed, login to view] using the available API [url removed, login to view]
- The main (head office) site must have a unique template / design.
- The main (head office) site will have approximately 5 pages and will link to each of the subsites.
- The style and layout must be created by the web developer. Page content will be entered later.
- Website must be live and operational on our own hosting server before final payment will be made.
Customer logos and colour scheme will be provided.
