Graphic Design for Floorplans

I need 5 floor plans of a car park illustrated in a neat and attractive design and drawn to scale. The floorplan is to be used for our website and marketing material and needs to be clear and eye catching whilst capturing the detail described below accurately. Diagram one is the same as picture one in the powerpoint. It’s the upper level of the carpark which needs to include the car spaces, the blue round circles/pillars and the information outside of the carpark including the stairs, access hallway, measurements and other words etc. Please do not include the yellow o/head fluoro’s Diagram two is the same as picture two in the powerpoint. I’ts the lower level of the carpark and has the same instructions as above. Diagram three is using diagram one you have just completed, and make it look similar to picture 4 in the powerpoint, by adding the blue curtains around parts of the carpark as shown in the picture. Then placing one car in the section on the right, and a table and chairs in the section on the left. No o’head fluoro’s to be included and no green rectangles, but please include the yellow lights that have arrows. Also include the items and writing that are outside the carpark boundary. Diagram four is using diagram three but having 4 cars in the section on the right and one car in place of the table and chairs on the left. Please move the yellow lights with arrows in the section on the left to be placed on the wall at the top and bottom both shining towards the car in the middle. Include items and writing that are outside othe carpark boundary. Diagram Five is using diagram two you have completed, putting a blue curtain around the outside boundary like in picture five in the powerpoint. Then adding 3 cars along the top and 2 cars along the bottom. Please include the pillars and measurements, but no yellow lights. No need to put the blue curtain through the middle and no arrows or green rectangles needed. I require the designs in JPG, TIF, PSD, PDF & PNG formats
