So the app is called UApp. It's an app that allows home owners to appraise their house using an app. Basically, on the "Appraisal" tab, they fill out a form with 40 different options. for instance - Amount of bathrooms, square feet, unfinished or finished basement and then submit the information to receive a report.
The home screen will be a graph of their area's average house value.
The menu tabs will have options of - About us, apprise, how it works, and account. In their account, they can see their previous appraisal reports. I want there to be a small thing on the homepage that says how many current customers there are.
The main part of the app will be the appraisal report. They receive the appraisal report after they submit the house details. the appraisal report will be interactive with graphs, market information, and the value of their property.
In reality, people can get their house appraised by an appraiser for $300. the appraise goes into their house and takes notes and comes up with a value. my app will allow someone to apprise their house themselves, for free. let me know what you think.
