Make my WP slider animation better - open to bidding

Smooth and arrange, coordinate speeds, transritions, etc to make the already created slider looks better and more beautiful and profesional.
The slider animation has 4 slides, the Initial one and the last one show a buy now call to action.
It is built in Master Slider wordpress plug-in. Each slide has 1 image,
1 headline and one text, small paragraph. 2 slides have and additional button. Right now it works clumsily, has no rythm, and has too many different effects and transitions. There are no transparenccies with the background. Background needs to be settle for all the slider.
It needs to be faster, more like a tv spot
I can consider increasing the budget if new ideas are proposed that require more time and that will improve quality.
