metal wall art - painting/spray painting/graffiti/airbrush

I was wanting to get a metal poster of the three fictional characters who represent my personality. would be cool if there was some permanent imprinting on the metal as well that's relevant to the mural. Size would be A3. Hoggle from Labyrinth, Valentine McKee (Kevin Bacon's character) from Tremors prefer with a graboid, and Mark Hunter (christian slater's character) from pump up the volume maybe with the words Talk Hard, unfortunately $200 would be my max budget.
