I need a Photoshop / CAD designer to help create car bumper protective covers

I need an expert Photoshop / CAD designer to create customized bumper cover designs for various US car models. The designs you produce will be used as templates. Once you complete a design template I will create the bumper by laser cutting it from a rubber sheet. These rubber sheets will have an adhesive backing used to create a semi-permanent bond between the rubber cover and car bumper. These covers should be ascetically appealing to match the car design theme. This will be an ongoing position as I will need over 100 designs in the coming months ahead.
