I need someone who is reasonable for tshirt designs maybe $2-$5 a piece

I also need someone who can create logos and new designs for our shopify and Amazon stores.

I have many designers but none of them are consistent. I am aware of Fiverr but want someone to communicate with daily and if you do not respond within 2-6 hours.
