Hey, Hope your doing well. So I have a startup project am looking for a team to develop it, designs are being made made both for desktop version and mobile version. I will attach one design for mobile and desktop version so you can see the design. There will be 2 phases: Phase 1 - we develop a temporary landing page, registration and add apartments for the landlords to start filling up the website with contents while we develop the rest. Phase 2 - we develop the rest of the page. Code language - either php or laravel depending on timeframe and price? Here is the other pages: * Landing page User: * Registration area user * Verify account (email and phone) * Overview avalible apartments for rent (should have search filters as well) * Contract area (digital signature * Deposit + first rent area (payment area) * Apply for an apartment (questionnaire and tests. Am thinking they have to make 1-3 tests to get approved) * Upload ID/driver license/passport and work employment documents. * Forgot password Landlord: * Registration area landlord * Verify account (email and phone) * Create ads (apartments they want to rent out) * Information about the apartment (like [login to view URL] has) floor plan, Pictures, video uploads (it’s for the ads) * Deposit payed notification * Tenant approved (payment and contract signed) * Email and sms sent to landlord about approved tenant. * Set time in the calender when to pick up the keys. * Posts overview and statics (how many applied and so on as well as active and inactive posts. * Forgot password * Blogg post about updates and rules * Extra services: photo of apartment * Get notifications by email/sms about available apartment that you filtered.
