Recreate a graphic and edit background - for sale focus

Using Adobe Illustrator, I need the graphic (see attached) recreated with the following changes:
1. Change the "For Rent" sign to say "For Sale". The sign must look the same.
2. Add a residential apartment building on the left (in the background). The building must look like an apartment building, maybe three floors, with balconies. Ground floor is entrance to building. Not a grey building, use another colour so it looks residential - people live there.
3. Add a tree/trees in front and/or behind the house. At least one tree - maximum of three trees required. Tree will help balance the image of the building against the house.
This graphic is to be used for our business which advertises homes for sale. Therefore the look of the cartoon must be very similar as it represents our branding. The original image is used in our current website.
The people, blue sky, grass, and original house must stay in the image.
Ensure the people and sign stay the focus and are in the foreground. Similar sizing to the original. The buildings are meant to be in the background and less of the focus.
Finished file requirements:
- new image as AI file
- new image saved in 2:1 size (e.g. 2000 x 1000 px) - jpg file
- new image saved in 4:3 size - jpg file
