Redesign my site with an Isometric Website

My website is already live but i am not happy with is, i need a modern and fresh design. I need the branding to be consistent and the the website to be isometric. I want the website to be built in HTML, as it connects to a user database (which is administrated by our IT team, so you don't need to worry about that ). I am searching for someone to build a clean code, fast-loading website that looks good.
I need the successfeul freelancer to be creative and have experience in working on his own, someone who can produce what i need without babysitting.
