About us: We are a sailing club located in the south of Sydney, Australia on the Port Hacking. We have a large number of local members that regularly sail their boats socially and also in our weekly sailing races. Below is a link to our website to find out a little more about who we are… [login to view URL] We feel it is time to upgrade our logo (see attached current logo) to include a more modern design. Below are the key points we want to include:
- Modern font and design - Professional
- Reflects our can-do attitude - Sailing inspired - we like the idea of incorporating the curved edges of the sail on a sailing boat into the logo
- Want to emphasise that we are looking to modernise the logo with the aim of making the Sailing Division more attractive to likely new members - probably age bracket 35+
Items to be included: - The text ' Port Hacking Sailing' - Sailing inspired image
Style of font: - Modern yet still professional - Clear and able to be easily read
Colours: Blue and Gold of the original logo should be retained as they hold historical significance The logo should be provided in high resolution in the below formats: - PNG on clear background - JPEG - PDF - EPS
- Reverse - I.e if the text is white then we will need a logo provided with an alternate colour so hen added on white paper/material etc we are able to use it. Likewise if the text is a dark colour the reverse logo would have white text
- Portrait
- Square
- Rectangle
- Colour
- Black and White
