You need Three features, a) 2-page website for front user b) Excellent admin panel for admin to monitor the business flow. c) SMS notification to admin after sale done. I Have previously done this type of work 2-time using angularjs and PHP with MySQL database Angularjs is used for single page concept. Only different with your project is a site more than 2 page but because of angularjs feature user never understand the page change. once user make payment email sent to user email account and SMS registered mobile number and this same happens for sellers also. As per my understanding: 1. Admin will post a different product on the site. 2. The visitor will able to see this product on the home page. 3. When Visitor click on purchase button, they redirect to a 2nd page where they get the payment option only (no shipping address need). 4. When Visitor made payment the SMS will be sent to admin for letting him know the current sell. Note: we have to use SMS API, for this we have an option for free or purchase SMS API Question: 1. Is visitor need to pick up the product from admin door/ shop? 2. If not, they shipping address need to deliver the product, In this case, how can admin know the visitor's address? 3. For this Visitor must be the registered user for the site, for this we need 2 more page, sign up and login page. What do you think?
