I have extensive experience in Web Development. Joomla, Magento, PHP Framework(Yii2) etc. I went through your requirement, I belive I can implement them all, except I have one question. you mentioned, that users will be able to read, give rating, but doesn't need to register, so far so good. but you have also mentioned that user can add comments. here I have two questions: 1. whether users will be able to comment without registration? 2. whether comments will need approval before publishing. I think if users can comment without any checks, we are opening gates for all sorts of spams, what you think?
