Web Developer, Designer and Mobile App Developer and TokBox, Twilio & Workflow Expert

We are in need of a FULL SERVICE web and mobile app developer who can help us make fixes, upgrades and improve the flow to our existing website. We will not consider agencies who will outsource work. We want everything done under the same roof and must be available extended hours and some weekends. We need the following work done: - BRING TOGETHER all the aspects of the website to make it flow properly. -Create a comprehensive workflow of entire project. -Fix any and all errors associated with APP ( I don't know what they are, please don't ask) -Fix any and all errors associated with website. (i know of a few simple issues, but I don't know all the problems it has) -Need slight design changes to 4 pages of website and make them more user friendly. (User Experience) - Need to add 4-6 new screens and new process to both mobile apps. -Twilio phone system is mostly complete, but does need a few tweaks as well as a new element. -We need to make our website 100% safe and secure for our clients. - We need someone who is a professional content writer and can write content and marketing copy that can help us convert visitors into clients (VERY IMPORTANT). - Have general knowledge of on page SEO practices. In essence this website was built piece by piece, but some logic and proper flow may be missing. We need someone that will take all the pieces and bring them together. We need someone responsible, professional and FAST. My project has been pending 2 years and almost complete. We just need it done once and for all. We also need this done ASAP! We need someone who will dedicate 8 hours per day to this project and finish it within 21 calendar days. We also need someone that will give us ongoing support and someone who can take care of any urgent issues make fast changes and fixes to the site once it is in full operation. **Note: No "advance" payments will be made. Project will be divided into 4 milestone payments. One milestone will be released every week as or sooner as work is completed. *** Note: Website is built in MVC. ****Note: The maximum budget including all fees is $2100.
