I am a business with 4 partially completed websites, they all require some changes and updates to be made they are based on the theme below:

I want them to have the same parallax movement of the theme below:

and some of the design features of this website below:

The 4 websites are based primarily on the one design and I want all with slight variations to them. So it's effectively 1 site with customisation on the others, adding pictures, videos and some moving around of text.

In terms of modifications I can only provide you with so many until you've done the first revision and then there will be some more but couldn't confirm/quantify at this stage exactly what they will be.
