I would like to hire a fulltime developer, to do some backend work

I want to hire a fulltime backend developer. I don't mind if you work on other things as long as it does not interfere with our work. I also don't mind if an agency applies, we'll consider it as an agency working with us on a monthly basis. There is a steady flow of work, everything is well organized but i need someone who's willing to go the extra mile when needed.
