Create chrome extension for website

We need a chrome extension built and approved by the Google Chrome Web Store that will use our api to allow users to post content to the site from their web browser. The requirements of the extension will be as follows:

We will provide design and any HTML / CSS needed.

The functionality required:

- When the extension icon is clicked for a guest it should prompt a user to login or signup.

- When the extension icon is clicked for a user it should pop a modal.

- Fields on the modal should be auto populated with page meta data for the title, description, and if possible, tags.

- The user should be able to edit these fields.

- The user should be able assign the bookmark to a particular project via a drop-down, but there will be a default catch all folder if they don't select one.

- The user should also be able to create a clip by highlighting a section of text on a webpage. When they do this a "Highlight" CTA should appear that the user can click to create the clip.

- When a highlight is associated with a clip, it should appear in the modal.

- The user should be able to add multiple highlights to a single clip by repeating this procedure.
