Repair an existing gmail singature (html/css)

I have an existing gmail signature (all files, psd/html/css) that does not look good inside e-mail. Original maker made it too big, but then he changed size and signature never looked as it should. I need minor modifications (like making it smaller or maybe responsive it possible), so i can copy /paste in my gmail signature and look good. Some small PSD modification may be required. Attached photos of how it looked before it was broken (when it was too big and centered on right instead of left), then how it looks now when its broken. I will provide email access to the winner and will release milestone when signature looks ok in email. For good html/css'er , could take only 10-20 mins.
