Take a flyer and reorganize into an HTML email

I have a flyer that is front and back. I need someone to take the two pages and reorganize the content so we can send it out as an email blast. All the text and images are already created so it should be pretty basic.
Once it is reorganized into email format i need it saved as HTML. I want text not to be images.

The HTML needs to be email friendly, meaning it displays correctly in Outlook and other email programs. eg. issues outlined here: [login to view URL]
I am not using Mailchimp to send this, we use Infusionsoft, but the html/oulook issues are universal and html needs to be written correctly to avoid the issues.
Please provide samples of emails you have designed.
I need all the work done and coded by Monday Afternoon (2/24)
We have a psd file of the flyers so all text and images just need to be moved around and maybe resized.
