THE ISSUE :
Ive got a wordpress theme that im trying to add some custom Javascript navigation to, ive got the JS all setup in an external html file, but when i transfer over the code into the relevant places in the wordpress site, it wont work, oddly if i add this line to the <head> of the wordpress theme :
<script type="text/javascript" src="[login to view URL]"></script>
it will work, but breaks all the othe JS on the site. For more background on the issue please see this post on stackoverflow - [login to view URL]
