Bootstrap, Navigation, Modal , z-index problem

I have a problem with a Bootstrap admin buttons , they are only clickable when I change the z-index to negative values. But when the buttons work, a pop section of admin won't work. So I need a programmer to help me find a solution where both aspects of the admin can work together. This project must be done through TeamViwr and it needs to be done in the next couple of hours.
