Survey Management System [login to view URL] to make an alternative to google forms with an admin panel(standard interface) where no of questions and the content of the questions can be set along with choosable options like text boxes and checkboxes. [login to view URL] can play with google forms to know the exact need of requirement. [login to view URL] admin makes these forms and post them on the main website,it appears as hyperlink for different departments to open. [login to view URL] you click on these hyperlink,it will ask for a username and password and if supplied correctly for the given department will open up the survey. [login to view URL] answers are recorded in SQL server tables or excel files and using that lator admin can view the summary analysis,as to which questions where rated the highest and lowest.(using pie charts and bar graphs). [login to view URL] summary can then be passed on to higher officials in departmental channel.
