Create a web page in HTML5 and CSS3 that allows a user to enter data from the 1940 US Census. The page should look as much like the original census form as possible. This form will be integrated into an app using Angular 1.x Attaching a blank form and a typical form the user will be transcribing s you can see what it is expected to look like (as close as possible) The detail fields should display ONE row by default, with a control that allows users to add additional rows. The controller should collect all field data in a JSON object (using standard angular data binding) and send it to a dummy service when the user submits. The application this will eventually be integrated with uses AngularMaterial 1.x, but it is more important to mock the original form than use of Angular Material. d
