Help me with Google API example and question about using MySQL for google maps.

So, What I need: I need a solution like this: [login to view URL] What are the tasks: Questions 1 and 5 are very important. I need an HTML page with descriptions which are running on my computer for such questions: 1) I want run current example on my computer with my own GEOJson layer (with one any polygon). (Primary task, have to be solved) 2) Can I share this GEOJson layer on my HTTP site? (this is not primary task) 3) Can I change GEOJson layer (database) on google directory directly from other applications or have I to upload layer only? I need this answer only if you don’t know how to do further MySQL tasks. (This is not primary task) 4) Can I put an object (polygon) directly to html page-code (coordinates of polygon are in this file) and show them on map with such styling? (I want to know if this is possible. Because this is alternative of using API key for map. (This is not primary task) 5) This is a PRIMARY task for me: As I understood I have to use GEOJson layer and google API key as result in previous example, but I want use my own MySQL storage, because I want change objects on map by changing a MySQL database with polygon objects. (Primary task). I don’t need other solutions like Geoserver, I know how to use them with MySQL but this is not my needs for this project. Only this solution when I connect to MySQL database directly from page and show a polygon objects on google map. The security is nothing for me in this project. I don’t care if somebody can download GEO information or MySQL database records. This is a task for study purposes and presentation. 6) This is not a task for my current project. But if you know how to do a SEQURITY access for users from task 5 with their own maps on their SEQURE pages we can discuss this. If your solution will acceptable I can pay additionally for this example for my presentation. (this is not primary task) I understand that tasks are different, different in complexity and they are using different technologies. I can hire different freelancers for tasks 1-4, 5, and 6. The primary tasks are 1 and 5 only, because they are needed for my current study project. Tasks 2-4 are not very important for me. May be I’m interested in task 4 more than 2 and 3. I think that task 3 has not answer. Task 6 is not important now, but we can speak about method, or if you have an example of such work this can be a portfolio for you in future work with me.
