I need an app developed using the phonegap / cordova framework. All we're trying to do is a proof of concept at this time. App needs to be able to scan for and respond to proximity beacons and geofences using geolocation. App will need to be able to send notifications and run in background. It will also need to be able to update local db from xml data from an api on initial app load (this is the beacon and geofence data). Simple javascript, css and html should do the trick. There are plenty of free plugins out there to make use of. Ideally you will be able to construct a "map" page using [login to view URL] with real time marker adjustment. A loading splash screen is needed. more info can be provided. Code must be properly commented and must work before final payment - please test properly.
