Assistant front end Developer for LMS Online Education Platform

Our organization own an online web platform. Now the website is not responsive. So the first need is to turn into respoinsive users areas and then to create the visitor page which is not exist. We need a developer only for the front end part because simultaneously 2 teams are working on back end and maintenance. We aim to a long term collaboration. We will split the job to parts. New developer complete the part we agree on in a test server, our developers teams will udate the live website with the changes and then will move on the next part. Very important is every part to accompanied by a report of which files, scripts etv you have created or edited, so for the team to be easy apply the changes on the live website. The website is writen on codegniter (php), uses mysql and the front end is writen on html5, css and js. The first task for fixed price is to create the landing page with a search box functionality, some pages for user new account creation (with email,viber, whats app verification) and a page recreation to be responsive.
