Hello, I am looking for assistance to code up a very simple HTML newsletter. All I need is the clean coded HTML tables and CSS inlined. The html will be plugged into a mail client like mailchimp etc. The current design has a sidebar but we expect the design to be responsive and change to a single column on mobile. Again the design is very simple and should take a competent HTML whizz 2 hours max. Budget for this would be set at $60 and if possible we would like back within 12 hours or so.. Preferred UK or USA based developers. Will share design with suitable candidates.
