Data sharing securely

I want a website/desktop application that offers securely sharing data and messages to the people involved in our organization. It must have the following features: 1. Signup/Login 2. Add friends who use that portal 3. Upload photos/videos/text files and encrypt them 4. use a 2nd password (key) to encrypt them which will be sent as a text message to the receiver who will use that same '2nd password' (key) to decrypt data 5. receiver should able to download the files and received acknowledgement should be sent to the sender. 6. sender can choose more than one person to share data with 7. good and easy UI 8. the home page of the user must contain the total count that how many files he has shared so far (duration doesn't matter can be between 1 week to 1 month) 9. sign up details will include email id, password, mobile number, unique username 10. login can be by using username/mobile number/email -my requirements are very much flexible and creativity are welcomed. -I would say you can use HTML, CSS, JS, Java, MySQL BUT if you can use any other tech stack and make a better item you are more then welcome. -main point of this project is that sharing data on a secured platform, still I am not rigid with security just set 2 passwords for one account and if visuals like encrypting data would be great - I just want that if I present the project to anybody he must feels like data is being shared securely does not matter its actually secure or not - just use cryptography concept at least 2 times in the project - design should be awesome and time is really important Strict deadline of 7 days from 24 june 2021
