Finish existing Symfony web aplication

I am building a peer-to-peer marketplace website for boat tours. The site development started in Symfony and now it is halfway done. Current status can be seen on the link [login to view URL]
Here is a simple outlook of what the web application consists of; Front end (search, boats preview, user profile, payments..), back end (account setting, dashboard, advanced inbox where inquires are accepted, declined or modified and paid, reservations, reviews, boat pricing and availability, booking terms..) and super admin (statistics, managing users profiles)
I need Symfony developer to continue the programming on a new design which my designer will deliver and that is the following;
-UI/UX mockups in Adobe XD
-End to end prototype for user testing and feedbacks
-Assets for dev
-New branding & style guide
-Mockups to Responsive UI
-Using Html, css & js
Please provide steps necessary for you to successfully finish up the web application as well as time frame and bid.
