Javascript file for uploading to Fusion Tables -- 2

I would like someone to create a JavaScript file that can use sql to post to Fusion tables and insert and update rows. I just need a simple post function that sends a query, to Fusion tables and displays the json returned in the HTML file. It needs to be authorized with Google oauth for the request to go through. I would like to keep this project as cheap as possible, so I will be accepting the lowest bidder who thinks they can get it done, no matter the reputation.
