Modify chrome extension that changes browser tab icons

This is a chrome extension that modifies the icons in browser tabs. First the apps needs more general stability. Sometimes color tabs works, sometimes it does not. Part of problem is that interface was confusing. The steps below should clarify the usage of the interface, so it is easy to tell what should be happening. Changes needed: -On initial entry into the Colorize box, nothing should be selected. Now the top item is selected -Reset button does not work correctly. If pressed, it should reset all color to default. -Slider control. “Selected Color” should change as slider is moved. Currently the user has to click on the “gradient box” for “selected color” to change. -Add “Reset tab” to plugin menu. Both from toolbar and right click. Same functionality as reset button -Default font for tasks. Numbers are too small to see (MINOR ISSUE, not Critical) -Add a “favorites” section. Favorites are set by dragging a color (color 3 in diagram) to target favorites choice -Color should change in “color list” (color1, color2, etc). Make sure font is adjusted so it can be seen. -Add method to reset single color to default. (Use better icon than my ugly example) You should have strong experience with Chrome extensions.
