Small change to a cshtml page

I have a cshtml page where I send a mail.
In this mailfunction I want to use some values from the web page.
I want the selected value of a listbox and a checkbox to show in the mail text (the mail is already worling, only missing the values from the two fields).
Se attached code. I have removed the code not relevant for this case.
Look at line 110 where I want the text to be inserted.
If checkbox is checked, insert text "checked". If not, insert text "not checked".
Also insert text telling what index of listbox is checked.
