UK DESIGNER - Hello im Allan. Your CSS should be ;inked in the <head> element in your HTML , up the very top.. your JS however should be linked just before the closing <body> tag down the bottom of your html, this allows the page to load first, then the JS will load in.. this is the usual correct practice :)
