Top Notch Shopify Dev required for a multilanguage ecommerce-drop-POD store

We are designing a new business, and we now need someone to build our Shopify store.
The store will have three different kind of sales:
- Print on Demand
- Drop-shipping
- our own product
The website will must be fully optimized with a special attention to mobile navigation.
We still have to buy the theme, so we are open to suggestions.
WHAT YOU'LL HAVE TO DO
- build the store
- optimize it with custom code (if necessary)
- test that everything will work fine
- add and setup payment gateways
- add and setup Drop-shipping and POD plugins
- add and setup different plugins (Iubenda, Klaviyo, etc)
- setup all the needed tracking pixel (FB, Google, Hotjar, etc)
Requirements:
- Liquid coding mastery
- Native English level (spoken and written)
- You have to be able to connect different services through API (Shopify and fulfillment, Amazon and fulfillment, etc. for example, )
- Zapier Knowledge is a plus
- Spanish and/or Italian knowledge is a plus
WEBSITE GOALS
- Google Page Insight scores Mobile 90+ desktop 90+
- GTMetrix full page load time: less than a second
- Multilanguage website ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], for example)
- In some products customers will have to be able to upload files
