UX designer or top front end web developer (CSS3/HTML5 APIs/SPAs), hopefully with digital business talents

This project is to design parts of a website and web framework for end users. The title mentions UX/UI, but unfortunately I couldn't find a Freelancer job category that includes all pertinent skills: UX/UI, user interface design (IxD), front end web development, digital strategy, and digital marketing. Possibly I will have to look for someone without digital business talents. Although the title mentions front end web developer, I will do all the front end development using an in-browser interpreter, unless the freelancer wants to try his hand at coding Scheme-in-the-web-browser (Biwascheme or better). At most I will ask for working partial mockups or code snippets. I am willing to pay whatever I can to attract a person competent in all these areas, but I only expect to pay for 1 to 3 days of work under this contract, just enough to move my project further along. If the contract goes well, there will be other, related contracts to move my project along. If the deliverables I desire are too numerous, the applicant should suggest a subset of them. The desired deliverable for this first contract is a detailed interaction (what the user sees as well as what happens at the JavaScript event and DOM level): (1) Description of how the user can experiment with setting different CSS layout modes and classes on an HTML or custom element. (2) Description of how the user will stretch an HTML or custom element. (3) Description of how the user will set attributes and styles on an HTML or custom element. (4) Description of how the user will have an opportunity to apply the changes to just that one element or to all elements that match a CSS class or CSS selector. (5) Description of how a nontechnical user can understand what is going on when he wants to switch a container element to flexbox or to grid or other CSS3 layout mode. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The above deliverables are just to get started and help me judge the quality of the freelancer. Follow-up contracts will include the following: (6) First impression: what's on the homepage when the user first visits it. (7) 3 choices for the user: (a) learn, (b) sign up, (c) try to author a web app (that cannot be saved until the user signs up). (8) What the user sees if he selects (c).
